Team notes: As a club were in existence since 1993 as a Junior Flag side. The Youth Kitted side played between 1994 and 1995, making the national semi-finals in 1994. The senior side played in the British Senior League between 1996 and 1999, before a shortage of players led to them withdrawing from the league. Made playoffs every year with great records. Reached the BSL Division Two bowl game in 1999. Pulled out of the 2000 season after losing several key players and the services of Head Coach Rob Mota. Returned to the BSL in 2001 as the South Wales Warriors.

In their first season as a senior team (1996) they used the old dark blue jerseys from the Junior Team. In their next season they were sponsored by NTL, and got new teal colored jerseys, which were used until the team "disbanded".  Pants & socks were white.
